Cancellation Policy

Sean Savitt Nest and Mane Coaching Sean@NestandMane.com (the “Coach” or “Company”). In consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the Client and the Coach agree as follows: The Coach will deliver a 12-week Parent Coaching Program with one hour of coaching per week using content from The Jai Institute for Parenting. This Agreement begins on the date of signing and lasts for 12 months, extendable by mutual agreement. The Client will pay $3,600 upon signing, unless a discount is applied. Affirm is available for payment plans. Compensation is non-refundable after the first coaching call. All benefits expire at the end of the term unless agreed in writing. Confidential information refers to any data considered private or proprietary to the Client. The Coach agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information without authorization. This obligation survives indefinitely after termination. Notices will be given in writing to the contact information provided. Each Party indemnifies the other against any claims or damages caused by their negligent or willful acts. This survives termination. The Coach is not liable for any mistake made in good faith. Disputes will first be resolved through friendly consultation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration under Colorado law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties. The Coach cannot transfer obligations without the Client's written consent. No other representations affect this Agreement. Invalid provisions will be severed, and the rest will remain enforceable. Waiver of any provision does not waive future breaches. Results depend on the Client's effort. The Coach provides guidance on best practices. By signing, the Client commits to the program and accepts these terms. All payments are non-refundable, and full payment is required regardless of participation. Completing the online form and payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
